Here's How It Works

  • Each month we post our Featured Selection & 5 Alternate Selections that are specially chosen by Mary Ann on our Web Site.  This list is published each month along with suggestions for their uses found on our Featured Recipes page.  If you want the Featured Selection, just sit back and do nothing;  it will automatically be shipped to you!


  • If you wish to choose one of our Alternate Selections you must do so by the 15th day of the applicable month.  To do this you simply go to our This Months Club Selections page and check the selection you want.  Once it is selected you click the continue button at the bottom of the page and then complete the form that is provided.  Once completed click the submit button to send us your choice.  . . . It's that Simple! . . .


  • If you wish to add additional items from our selection of over 280 Spices & Teas, you may do so without paying any additional charges for shipping and handling!  All you pay is our regular price of $3.00 per package for the Spices & Teas that you have selected.


  • The Spice Surprise Club is Fun, Easy to Join, Easy to Use and all of our spices are fully guaranteed to your satisfaction!  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund the unused portion of your membership!

Dried Whole Rosemary Leaf ( 66189 ) 1.3 oz Featured Selection
To make your dish something special

Rosemary is said to be both strong and subtle. It can have the taste of mint and an aroma of pine needles. The flavor harmonizes with many vegetables, fruits and meats. It is often the difference between ending up with a ho-hum, or a ho-ho dish.


Winter Savory ( 66195 ) 1.0 oz Alternate Selection
The word savory is well placed with this herb

Of the two, winter savory and summer savory, the winter variety has a bit stronger taste, or heavier flavor than the other. For many dishes this is exactly what you need.

Used in a batter garlic adds a nice touch

It is on the wild side and delicious

There is something special about a taste from a wild plant and here we have citrus and spearmint, both from the wild.
